Attaching a wall bar to a brick wall

I have this type of stall bar I need to attach to a plastered brick wall. https://suples.com/page/58/Gladiator-Wall.html

Included were "screws" for two different types of walls, wood and concrete. Can I use these concrete expanders in a brick wall?

See attached images and instructions. How do I use the concrete expander, do I drill an 80mm deep hole and then drive it in, and screw it so it expands? Or are there any special tricks to know, how do I prevent it from rotating before it grips?
