I'm wondering how to attach a swing to the ceiling. There are boards in the ceiling, and I assume there are joists under them. Do I need a stud finder to locate the joists where the hook should be attached, or is there another way? The swing should support 20 kg, and I want it to be really secure.

Tap on the ceiling, where it sounds dull there is a joist.
