Currently framing the structure for a sunroom. The goal is for it to resemble what I've photoshopped from Skånska byggvaror's catalog (but straight).

It will have a gabled roof open up to the ridge, and the main beam will be 2 glued/screwed 45*225. There's no problem at the front, where I'll just place a post on the wall plate, which will be 1 piece of 45*95 + 2 glued/screwed 45*195 on edge.

But how do I attach the beam to the facade? I've measured so that the beam ends up exactly where the outer cladding is nailed. A heavy-duty angle bracket might be enough? The cladding doesn't seem to be nailed directly to the framework; there seems to be a board as a spacer in between, as an air gap I assume. But is this nailed directly to the stud behind, I wonder? As you can see, I have horizontal cladding. I would appreciate help; I'm just a happy amateur.

House exterior with horizontal and vertical dark cladding, marked red circle indicating panel connection. Overhanging roof edge and white-framed windows visible. Wooden frame structure for a sunroom extension under construction, attached to a dark-clad house with a patio door and large windows. Photoshopped image of a sunroom design with red measurement annotations, showing potential placement against a house's exterior wall.

Joist hanger? Or attach a ridge post to the facade that might only be 1m long?

A post from the floor up to the underside of the ridge beam; ensure there is support under the post down to the ground. Alternatively, cut into the façade and insert beams from the floor up to where the ridge beam will be, and slide the ridge beam into the wall? How will you seal between the wall and the sunroom?

A wooden extension with glass doors and windows is attached to a two-story dark wooden house, surrounded by a neatly kept lawn.

Now it has been finished for a few months, let's hope I don't get sued for ripping off the owner of the original, because it turned out quite similar, and that was the goal. My best project so far!
I attached the beam to the wall with angle irons. It became quite discreet.
