Attach steel rail to floor with underfloor heating?

I am going to build a room and need to frame an interior wall on a tiled floor with underfloor heating. I don't know exactly where the electrical elements run, so drilling for plugs would be a bit like Russian roulette. Is there any adhesive that can hold a steel rail to tile, or are there other methods?

Thick double-sided tape (adhesive pad?). There is some type that is about 2 mm thick and grips strongly. Removable if you want to take down the wall at some point.

If you don't want to tape, there are many different construction adhesives in tubes/cartridges that work excellently.

I have used essve teck, I think it's called, bites like hell. This was steel against concrete, but it should work on most materials. Check it out.

I would have used something like PL400 or Superset. Limit the gluing to just a few tiles. It will be less work if you ever need to tear down the wall one day.
