Hello

I am going to build a fence on the gable of the house from the fence at the property line to the house wall.

I have planned to use ground anchors. The house is made of brick.

When I am going to attach the post to the house wall, I became worried if it is a good idea to drive down a ground anchor considering the drainage? (Drainage from 1968, unsure exactly how it is done).

Drawing showing a black line (fence), a brown rectangle (brick house), and a short green line (planned wooden fence section with gate) close to the house.

Black: Fence at property boundary (Gunnebo copy)
Brown: House with brick facade
Green: Wooden fence to be built. There should be a gate as close to the house as possible.

How do you anchor the post closest to the house wall?
Can you place a garden slab underneath and drill it into the facade? Or should you drill into the foundation? Other tips?

The drainage is not affected by a ground anchor or screw.
