I recently handwashed dirty garage walls in a house from the 1950s. It was only afterward that I realized the tiles might contain asbestos. Can anyone tell if the pictures show tiles with asbestos? I washed with a car wash sponge with plenty of water and soap (no scrubbing). Dangerous? I didn't have a face mask or protective clothing. Should I be worried?

Cracked garage wall panels with visible nails, potentially containing asbestos, in a 1950s house. Close-up of cracked wall tiles from a 1950s garage, with visible nails. Possible asbestos material.

Yes. No.
So you're saying yes, they are eternit panels, and no, they are not dangerous? Is it because it's not dangerous to just clean them, or is it not dangerous because I've only been exposed to it once? Some asbestos is released during cleaning, isn't it?

Yes.
Completely harmless in that dose.

As long as they don't produce dust, there's no danger, and since you washed them, you've probably bound the dust particles.

Yes, it looks like eternit.
No, it probably shouldn't be any major danger. If water has run down on the floor, just rinse it a little so all possible asbestos washes away.
