Anyone worked with HDF boards?

Trying to find prices on HDF panels.

Interested in this type of panel as I plan to use it as an interior door at 95cm x 230cm. I would like something that is about 30mm thick, so I am considering if I can bond 2 of these panels to make one while still maintaining a straight and nice panel.

It will be painted white.

Sounds like it will be a heavy door. Have you looked at DendroLight? It consists of truss-glued wood and HDF on the surface. Available at Fredricsons and thus at all lumber dealers.

How much heavier is HDF compared to MDF? The weight of my MDF door I find perfectly fine. My tracks and rollers can handle a heavy door.
