I have no experience with this, but spontaneously I don't understand the point of it if you still have to have wooden studs in the wall and facades.
However, I saw an article in a magazine about some people who built walls out of large Styrofoam blocks entirely without wooden frames. As reinforcement, they sawed vertical holes in the blocks, which they filled with reinforcement and concrete. Thus, there were posts about 100mm that went straight through the entire wall. On top of the walls, a channel was cut around the entire building, about 100x100mm, which was filled with concrete to create a frame that stabilized the walls. The Styrofoam blocks were estimated to be 500x500x1200-2400. Then it's probably appropriate to apply mesh and plaster as a facade.
