Alternatives to door casing?

How do we create a neat finish where there are no walls for door trim in both rooms? It is an opening without a door. Around windows and other door openings, we will install white-painted traditional molding.
Option 1. Discreet molding painted the same color as the wall panel
Option 2. Install white molding where possible.

A corner trim should work, provides a neat finish and doesn't clash with the expression of the allmoge profile.

Available in sizes such as 21x21mm and 28x28mm


My idea is to use it around this opening and not just against the wall.
