Planning to insulate a dormer between the rafters built of paneling and then covered with metal. Should one install an air gap, but it won't be ventilated on the sides. Also, under the dormers, I have installed mold prevention in the sloped ceiling, and the eaves are ventilated, but directly under the window in the dormer, it results in a blockage. In other words, there's no connection up towards the roof ridge. This means there's no circulation.
