I am building a passive house in Hammarö, and doing it in aerated concrete.
3D model of a passive house with an outdoor patio on the upper level, showing a flat roof design with additional structure separate from the main building.

Walls from the outside:
Reinforced fiber plaster
Insulation 15cm
Aerated concrete 36.5cm 275kg/sqm
Reinforced natural gypsum plaster

I am currently building the part that has a terrace on the upper floor. I would appreciate suggestions on how to make the roof watertight. My preferences are that I should be able to do it myself, for example with some form of rubber sealing membrane that can be self-leveling compound on and then lay tiles or wood on.

Example sketch:
Cross-section drawing of a passive house roof structure, including layers like screed, insulation, and lightweight concrete beams, with labels in Swedish.

Roof from the outside (example):
Tiles
Self-leveling compound
Some sealing layer
Metal for gutters (along the edges)
Aerated concrete slab (beams) - along the edges it is reinforced with edging stone, and a cast concrete edge
Insulation

Can anyone suggest what would be the best choice of sealing layer in this case?
I am also considering how to smartly insulate the roof from the inside, any tips?

Best regards,
Anders
