Adjustable post shoes self-drilled plinths

I will drill down post shoes into my deck foundations that lack holes and threads. I wanted adjustable post shoes but haven't found any that can be drilled down and secured with anchor grout in the hole.

Or can you use loose post shoes that you just drop into the hole and tighten against the foundation and deck?

Did you manage to drill into the plintar? And were they pre-purchased plintar without holes or stolpskor?
