acoustic or gypsum-based ceiling tiles

I have a smooth ceiling with rectangular ceiling panels that are approximately 59.5 wide with varying lengths, installed both on the upper and lower floors. I was thinking of attaching an access point to the ceiling, but if it doesn't look good or turn out well, where can I find new ceiling tiles with the same texture? The tiles seem to be fastened with screws (found these with a strong magnet). So I assume I can easily unscrew a tile and look at the inside of the ceiling to be able to run a network cable?
