I've been pondering and considering how to handle the vapor barrier in the house, but I need to make a decision now. I think I should have a vapor barrier, but I'm still throwing out a question for advice anyway :)

From the outside in, it looks like this:

Panel
Wind barrier
120+45 insulation mineral wool cross-insulated.
Log structure 120mm thick
Framed interior walls 45x70 (not done yet)

Ftx ventilation in the house.

Since I'm using mineral wool, I assume a vapor barrier like plastic is preferable?

I would say you should use a variable vapor retarder.
