What is the characteristic wind pressure on the windward side for a building where h/d=0.25? Reference wind speed 24m/s, terrain type III.

How can this be solved? There is a table to get the answer but then you need to know the height! :confused:

You don't have the depth then? You've been given the form factor h/d. However, I don't exactly remember how the formulas looked for this type of problem.

The formula looks like this:
w=q*Cpe

W is the external wind load
q = characteristic wind pressure (height)
Cpe = form factor
