A quick question about tile trim!

I'm going to tile a corner and plan to use an aluminum edging strip. The tile is 6 mm, what size should the strip be, 6, 8, or 10 mm?

My thoughts are as follows. Adhesive is about 2 mm = I should use an 8 mm strip??

Yep, 8 mm, so you can "adjust" the tiles to the correct level.

I would say 6mm since the tile trim doesn't need to go back to the underlying wall. It feels easier to adjust the trim if you have 2mm to play with. However, my experience is limited. The tile trim I had ended with a flat section that was supposed to sit behind the tile _/\_ If yours looks the same, I would choose a trim with the same depth as the tile.

Used an 8 mm trim with 6 mm tiles, this went brilliantly!
