I had bet on Duo HM from fischer. You don't need any tools to make them expand. Just screw. Just make sure the plug doesn't rotate.
Fischer has the most innovative plugs.
Everyone should have duopower plugs at home. What you need to keep in mind is that the screw should go at least 4 mm through the plug when you have secured what you need. And NEVER use a cutting tip in a nylon plug.
