Awesome! What kind of screws/nails did you use? Did you pre-drill?

Used an 18g brad nailer and some lines of glue.

Which trims did you use?

Jumping in with a tip that I used.
Sawed strips of the plywood boards and routed a simple profile. Ta-da, baseboards.

Did you have plywood as trims and ceiling moldings too?

Did you use plywood for the lining and crown molding as well?

I have plywood in the (gable) roof as well and laid it edge to edge so I didn't use any crown molding. I also have plywood in the reveals, so no lining either.
