I will have water-based underfloor heating on the 1st floor, 45 sqm living room, half the area has a crawl space below and half the area has a basement below. The house was built in 1974. There is insulation in the floor.
Today I have chipboard and parquet flooring, it will be parquet flooring.

I do not know which options are best:

option A

LK EPS 30 Grooved Board on the current chipboard? Will I get less noise on the floor below?​

option B

remove the current chipboard and install LK 22 mm Grooved Board?
