Hello,

Here's a beginner question.

I am framing a wall between 2 existing walls with cc60 and putting up 1200mm boards. If I start from the left and want to place the first board all the way against the other existing wall, the board is shifted 22.5mm to the left and then just misses stud no. 3? Where am I thinking wrong?

You set the second rule measured from the wall, not center to center from the 1st rule. Then you just keep going :D

The first plasterboard (reading that it's the one you intend to set) you cut away the jointing groove (50mm) on the left side, i.e., it becomes 1150 in width, the second rule then ends up cc 550 from the wall.
