If I want a 14-degree slope on the roof, how do I calculate how many cm it becomes per meter?

I assume you mean you want to know how many centimeters the height becomes per meter of roof length?

Use the sine rule. If x is the height and y is the length (y = hypotenuse of a triangle):
sin 14 = x/y => x = y*sin14 = 0.22 m

The rise per meter will be 249.3 mm. Use the tangent function if you have such a calculator.
