I'm considering converting our outbuilding into an apartment. The heating will be a stove, and it will often be cold in the winters.
Now I'm wondering how I should build it to make it as sustainable as possible in the long term. Right now, I'm considering using only inorganic materials to avoid worrying about moisture. Is this a good idea?
I plan to frame the floor today with about 120 mm and insulate, and the walls with 95 mm. However, I haven't found metal studs that are 120 mm. Where can I find them? Then I'm considering using TBT 100 panels everywhere on the walls and then a vinyl floor in the bathroom. But what is there as an equivalent for floors? Are there inorganic floor panels?

Check with this company, they have a lot in sheet metal http://www.savsjoplat.se otherwise your nearest building supply store should be able to order it if you place an order since all drywall manufacturers have steel studs in their range from 45-160 mm.
