Does anyone know how these two different types of roofing felt compare to each other if you don't need to apply them in the cold?

YAP2200 - made with oxidized bitumen and therefore cannot be applied in cold
YEP2200 - coated with cold-flexible bitumen with SBS additive

Does one last longer than the other, apart from cold?

Without having personal experience of the difference, I would claim that they are equivalent.

"What do the quality designations YAM, YAP, and YEP mean?
Mataki's roofing felt has a base of mineral fiber mat (e.g., YAM 2000) or polyester mat (e.g., YAP 2200). The latter has significantly higher tensile elongation and greater tensile strength and is recommended. The base is impregnated and coated with bitumen, either oxidized and designated YAP, or SBS-modified and designated YEP. The difference mainly lies in the cold properties. SBS-modified bitumen retains its flexibility at lower temperatures and is therefore suitable for winter work." from http://web.nordicwaterproofing.com/...-for-tak/Underlagstackning-enligt-HUS-AMA-98/
