I have built a wooden house and live in a lightweight concrete house. With that experience, I would build in wood, I think it's easier because screws and nails hold in wood
But if you know how to do masonry, it's probably easy too. But I like to be able to put up and secure things without drilling and plugging and a lot of that. But wood requires much more maintenance of course.
Did this thread really go right now?

With similar experiences as Jan-Å, if I build new or buy another house, it will have a wooden frame. I currently live in lightweight concrete and have undertaken an extensive renovation in recent years. Many tasks (not all) would have been easier with a wooden frame. For example, we have added insulation and replaced the facade, windows, and doors, which has involved a lot of hassle with things like facade plugs in abundance when we insulated.
