White scope in MDF board

Hello!

I have removed doors in my apartment and am looking for MDF board to make casing but can't find any, does anyone know if there are whole panels to buy that are painted white?

Don't know if pre-painted MDF exists, but I do know that there is paint in the paint store

There are pre-painted "plankor" in different widths to match various wall thicknesses. I usually shop at Hornbach, but they are likely available at all hardware stores. At Hornbach, you can find them near the door frames.
