Can you trust the house blueprint? As I interpret it, the wall in question isn't load-bearing; the plan is to open up from the kitchen to the living room. About 2.5 meters to the chimney (marked in red). Also, to completely remove the wall marked in blue... that wall already has a large archway in it and has likely had it for the last 30 years, but on the blueprint, it seems to be load-bearing, which I can't figure out. Since the rafters run along it. There is also no wall below it in the basement. Instead, below the wall in question, there is a continuous concrete wall... grateful for answers...
