Installing water-based underfloor heating in the house and planning to use self-leveling compound to even out the entire surface.

We are going to lay a laminate floor on top of this, and apparently, we need a special foam between the floor and the laminate that is adapted for underfloor heating.

I found this at Byggmax: https://www.byggmax.se/golv/undergolv-och-laggning/underlagsfoam-p13008

Will this work, or is there something else I need between everything?

It works with foam, and it's also fine with grålumppapp.

I should clarify a bit.
The floor is made of concrete and is the foundation slab of the house.

Have you excavated and drained the floor structure, or are the GV-loops directly on an older slab?

The GV loops are placed directly on the slab.

According to the flooring supplier, he recommended Tuplex foam which has a built-in moisture barrier.

Then it's for the sake of the moisture barrier that you are recommended to have it.
A warm slab will "draw" more moisture, and it should not reach the laminates which would then crack.

OK, thanks so much for the info.. then it will be Tuplexfoam
