I understand that you need to use a specific screw for chipboard/OSB/plywood to metal studs, one that slips in the board until the tip grips the metal (so the metal stud doesn't get pushed away and drive you crazy).

The question is what screw do I use for the drywall; will it be a problem if a regular drywall screw for metal studs threads into the wooden board and bends the metal stud behind it?

Also, does anyone know what kind of product Byggmax construction adhesive is, and is it suitable for gluing chipboards to studs (combined with screws)? I'm thinking of gluing boards around doors since the framing is a bit sparse and the rascal sometimes hangs on the door...
