Which screw for kick plate?

Hello. I am going to mount a stainless steel kick plate on my small storage. What type of screw should I choose? It needs to be stainless steel and a maximum of 22mm long. I would prefer mounting screws because I want a flat head. I found 13mm at Jula but I'm afraid they might be too short.

Biltema has a small box for just over a hundred kronor with an assortment of stainless screws, if I remember correctly, there are 3.5*19mm with a rounded head in the box.

I usually glue with Tec 7 Trans Clear.

Take the Jula screw and complement with Tec7 if you think 13mm is too short.
