I have removed a wall shelf from a closet in the condominium (built in 1965). The shelf was nailed with concrete nails. On one wall there's a ventilation duct with a porous surface that has cracked and detached. I have scraped off the loosest parts, but it's so porous that I'm reluctant to scrape too much. I don't know what the material is or what would be suitable to repair the damage with (see the picture). I previously repaired a similar wall with breplasta LH, but those were only damages the size of a five-krona coin.

Forgot to mention that it's good if you brush away any dust and old loose mortar, then dip a brush in water and throw it onto the area to be plastered and wait a while. This is done so that the area to be plastered does not absorb the moisture when you apply the plaster mortar, because if it does, the plaster/mortar can lose moisture and detach after a while.
