What is best if you want to glue a rubber strip to tiles in a semi-outdoor environment with some exposure to water?

Applies to a rubber strip that will seal against a garage door.

Seems to be pl600 according to a video. But mostly thought I'd check if anyone knows what is best.

There is also hot melt glue that can work well, but it's a bit more troublesome if there's a lot to do since it hardens quickly.

Any product with MS polymer.

Tec7 is a common variant.
