Where to find a similar molding block?

Hello!

I'm in the process of renovating a property built in 1910 and need to install some new door trim. I would like the new door trim to match the old trim stylistically. I have been searching for trim and trim blocks similar to those in the picture. The trim is 95mm and the block is about 100mm. I've been able to find similar trim, but I'm having trouble finding a trim block that is 100mm and not just plain.

Anyone have tips on where to find it or other ways to solve this? ☺️

I think you'll have to plane or mill it yourself; finding a similar one will probably be difficult or impossible.

The block looks like a piece of molding with a spacer behind it?
