Where to buy 20mm rebar in Stockholm?

Ahoy! I've been looking around at the building supply stores but so far have only found 16mm. Do you know of any suitable dealer who might have about 20 meters of 20 mm on the shelf? Even shorter pieces instead of full lengths work since I'm planning to double up in rock for a retaining wall.

Looks cheap online but including shipping and handling fees, it's not particularly cheap.

Why 20mm? How big is the wall in question?

The wall will not be excessively large. I am casting a footing on the rock and building the rest with cinder blocks. The 20 mm rods will be used as dowels. The height of the footing varies between 5-50 cm. Since the holes for the dowels are already drilled (25mm), I thought I’d use plenty.

Alright, I understand. Stop by a construction site and ask if they have 20mm steel, costs a bag of buns.
