Don't know the dimensions of that particular passport, as there are many!

Do you have any experience with the products or the supplier? If they are good stuff, there are probably many of us in need of extra libeller, but if the products are of 'rusta' quality and the supplier lacks knowledge and appreciation for what they sell, it's not worth my time.

Check out a serious hardware store with a tool department. I bought mine at Djurbergs in Söderköping a few years ago. Remove the old mounting and set the spirit level in sealant, it will be sturdy enough.
