Where can I find such a flashing?

I am looking for a flashing to protect the end grain at a transition from vertical to horizontal paneling.

Does anyone know what it is called, and where it can be found?

I have seen something called overflashing, but they are 60, 80, or 100 mm wide. This one should only be 22 mm...

Contact a metalworker and he will bend a cap flashing exactly as you want it.
