I've googled myself crazy, but I really can't find the correct word for what I'm looking for.

I want to buy the "beslaget" that the wheel is attached to in the attached image.
What is it called? Where can I buy something similar?
Or is it homemade?

Hey there! Unfortunately not my picture, just something I came across while googling around, but it's the closest I've found to what I would need.

A stolpsko is the only thing I can think of. If I manage to find one with a suitable diameter, then I'll have to cut it, insert a washer, drill a hole, and insert some kind of locking pin.
