I'm looking at a vacation home with a basement. Attaching some pictures of the basement. I don't think it looks like blue concrete but still want to check with you on the forum.

A radon measurement was done about 20 years ago which showed 260 bq. But I assume it's ground radon then? Maybe a little more ventilation is enough to reduce it a bit?
