What materials exactly should be used??

Hello! I wonder if anyone knows exactly what applies to Swedish standard built houses? What kind of insulation should be used in the roof, walls, and slab, what's best where? What should be the U-value for wood, windows? And how do windows with krypton gas work? What should be the size of beams, etc.? Is there a good site I can visit that has all these answers? I have seen on some contractors' websites what they have in their houses, but how do you know what's best, if, for example, you add a little extra insulation here and there (and how much) to get cheaper electricity.
