This is the screw recommended for mounting shelves. The screw needs a somewhat narrow head so that it fits into the frame. Do you know what this is called in Swedish?

Common wood screw 5x70.

Listskruv is what you usually call those with a narrow head. It's unclear if there is one in the length you need.

The head is called kullrigt. "Pan head" in English

I usually use: https://www.clasohlson.com/se/Montageskruv-4,2x85-mm/p/40-9564-17

Large, thin head prevents it from sinking in.

If you're holding shelves in wood, you don't want a too small head as it will eat into the wood under load, but it works if the wood is hard. If you want the smallest head possible, regular decking screws will do. If you want a slightly larger bearing surface, you can take the smallest size washer and place it in between, which I've done in some cases with cat towers. Holds very well but doesn't look very pretty.

You missed his requirement for a narrow head on the screw, montageskruv has a large head😉

I saw that, but if they're going to keep a large shelf full of bricks, I wouldn't want the smallest skull, so that's why I suggested something else, plus a little more in my editing. 🙂

We know too little to say what's best, imho.

This is the upper part. The screw head must be a maximum of 10mm.

What kind of wall is it going to be mounted on? Plasterboard, wood paneling, or some kind of stone?
