I will put up regular drywall on interior walls of somewhat uneven concrete. Previously, I used attachment glue/mounting glue, but a tube runs out quickly and it doesn't fill much if the wall is uneven.

Therefore, I will buy the simplest (cheapest) possible gypsum plaster or similar. I saw some variants in bags today, one of which was a "special variant for board material," can't remember the name, but it cost 300 SEK for just 10 kg. There must be cheaper options for this when no moisture is present, and the requirements are not so high.

But what is it called in the building supply store?

Plaster mill!

Regular cement-based render is otherwise ten times cheaper

Beijer has a plaster compound for setting plasterboards manufactured by Gyproc themselves. I can't find it on the website but I believe it is called Gyproc G 99 and is located in the plaster compound/ardex section.

Now you're exaggerating a bit: A 25 kg bag costs around 200:-
You shouldn't compare it with regular render, it has too long a setting time.
The alternative is adhesive in a spray can. It's getting more and more expensive.

Plaster is great, much easier to work with than render mortar.
