Is it 2400 mm from slab to ceiling beam or is it 2400 mm from finished floor to ceiling gypsum? What is considered standard?

I would say that it is finished floor to finished ceiling that is of interest.

Yes, that's the logical thing. I just find it strange that 2390 mm is the standard for OSB. With installation 10 mm from the slab (as recommended), it becomes 2400 mm between the ceiling beam and slab. But there is also 2500 mm OSB.

I would suggest that you build the interior walls after installing the battens and ceiling, but I'm mostly basing this on how my house is built. 🤔

The houses I've been involved in building have had slightly different solutions. There's always a deduction for the floor above the chipboard (3-25mm) and about half with a deduction for the ceiling. I don't want to install huntonit before raising walls, but drywall that's going to be painted is more forgiving.

But standard, well. I think there are endless variations.
