What does 1m3 concrete cost nowadays?/ How has concrete held up in price?

Hello! Like many other things, prices have increased quite a bit, for example, building materials. Something I wonder about is what one has to pay for concrete per m3 today, and how it has held up in price. But also what it costs to have the concrete pumped. It would be interesting to know what people paid for concrete 15/10/5 years ago and what it costs now. I searched for a price list for concrete per m3 but only found one, where it stated that 1m3 of concrete cost 1490 SEK + delivery 3100. As mentioned, it would be interesting to know the current prices for concrete but also what it cost before.

You're probably not going to get the info you're looking for here. Prices vary between different manufacturers and depending on whether you're a professional or a private individual, the prices you get are different. Additionally, it is more expensive during colder periods and very few here are recurring concrete customers so getting statistics is difficult.

Call a salesperson directly at Swerock or Skanska and ask those questions directly to them, that's my advice.

In 2005, I had to pay 22" including transport for concrete for a garage slab 6x7 meters, 10cm thick with 30x30 edge beam.
I don't remember the quantities, but it should be possible to calculate.
2 trucks came, 6.6 miles round trip.

About 3500:- /m3 but there are many variables which means you probably won't get straightforward answers from a seller. Chute or pump, the grade of concrete, unloading time, possible retarder, possible heated concrete, driving time, winter surcharge, etc., to name a few.
