Weatherstripping window groove

I have a couple of windows that are still nice, but some of the sealing strips have taken a beating. Simple, I thought, just cut new ones! Except it seems to be a profile that's rarer than gold... Here is a drawing of the window in PDF. As seen, the strip is somewhat like an L where the groove for the strip is perpendicular to the gap. Where could one find this rare treasure?
