Warning for Jula's screw clamps!!!
Sure, but unfortunately, I don't have the energy to wrangle and bend 600 three-inch nails. It's enough work to put in new staples.
Need to order new screw staples, does anyone know which ones measure up? Thorsman? Schneider?

Yes, it can stay and then I'll add new staples.

The risk with spik is not that great. Possibly if one has used skräpslang.
Bought a rotary hammer at Jula that couldn't be adjusted so it stopped spinning... After much force, he managed to turn the dial, at which point I asked. Don't you think something is broken? No, just stiff plastic, but it didn't work anyway...
Went back and was even angrier and got the response, they're just machines. The seller said I bought a new car and it was recalled...

A little update. After calling Jula last week to ask why they haven't responded regarding my complaint from June, no one there knew anything... -But if you send in a picture of the issue and the product (same thing if you ask me) then we’ll take a look at it.
Emailed the pictures and then got the response:
"Hello! We do not recognize this issue with this product. Bring the packaging as well as some of the broken clips to the nearest store and return them. Don't forget to bring the receipt."
My reply:
"Oh, come on. I don't keep receipts for clips, which I also bought at different times, for over a year... I have two packages left out of a total of 7-8. The rest of the crappy clips are mounted clearly visible (just come and look). Several are already built-in. And the reason you don’t recognize the problem is that 99% of customers have definitely already integrated the crap and today they have no idea that their wires are loose inside the wall... Luckily, I haven’t done that. Yet.
Considering the damn extra work I now have ahead of me replacing around 600 of your crappy clips, I think it's damned miserable that I should only get my money back (since I don’t have the receipts left I won’t get a dime). Also, I’ve been waiting since June for a response from you and when I called this week the customer service man knew nothing... Hello!
If you have any clue about marketing and how to handle very dissatisfied customers, you can do better than offer a 'money back'.
While you’re considering, you can read here:

Jula responds:
"Hello! Without a receipt or other proof of purchase date, we unfortunately cannot help you."
That’s how simple it was for them to avoid taking responsibility for their crappy products. Have you saved your clip receipts?

Having the same problem with Jula's nail staples, pure crap, they break at the same place as screw staples. I haven't tried to make a complaint, but I will check if I have the receipt and if so, make an attempt. Customer service not being aware of the problem is probably just a way to try to avoid complaints.
I'd rather shop at Biltema instead of Jula as it's significantly easier and more pleasant to complain about a product there.
Their staples hold!

By the way, excerpted from the Consumer Agency:
"If you want to complain about a product or use a warranty, open purchase, or exchange right provided by a store, you must be able to prove that you have purchased a particular product in the store, when you purchased it, and at what price. A receipt is a simple way for you to prove this. But you are not required to keep the receipt to use your rights. If you can prove your purchase in another way, that works too. This could be, for example, with a bank statement or a credit card slip."
It may unfortunately be difficult to prove that it is precisely the product you purchased, especially if you bought more than one thing.

Most retail chains can usually retrieve the receipt from their database in a few minutes if they search using your card number. I've never tried it at Jula, but at other places.

But I would like to make another case for the spike, it's faster to hammer in a spike, and köka it, than to screw in a clamp. It's cheaper, and it holds more reliably.
