Hello!
I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to wallpaper directly on chipboard or MDF? I'm going to make wardrobe doors that I want to put wallpaper on. I watched "Arga snickar´n" and I remember him saying that you couldn't do it because the wallpaper would fall off.

It works, I think you should pre-paste.

When it comes to interior walls, there are more reasons, for example, gypsum is dead and chipboard is not, there's a greater risk of cracks in the wallpaper if you have wallpapered chipboard walls compared to gypsum.

But this was just a closet door, prime and pre-paste it, and I think it will work well.

My entire upstairs is just chipboard and wallpaper (from the 80s). Most of the seams have cracked, but no wallpaper has come off.

Thanks for the help!
Then I'll prime and pre-glue. Since these are closet doors, I don't need to worry about the seams, so it should be fine. Just wanted to know if they would fall down or not. Thanks!
