Wall material basement

Hello! I'm going to do some renovations in the basement and there I have interior walls made of a material that I can't find the name of and I'm hoping someone here can help me

The walls appear to be a mix of concrete/cement and long spaghetti-like pieces of wood.
I'm interested in the best way to mount metal studs on this material.
