When both are clicked together and glued, it will probably become a fairly invisible seam after wallpaper/paint. Probably better than a poorly plastered and sanded drywall. Not entirely cheap, though, but maybe worth it if it goes much faster.

Reviving the thread a bit.
I am planning to divide two bedrooms and thought of using this board to minimize the renovation time. Has anyone used them who can comment on the result?
 
The downside of old chipboards is that they move so darn much. Isn't it the same problem with this? Gypsum stays still and is not affected so much by humidity, etc.
 
Thinking about that too, will they crack?
But in my case, it's about dividing two kids' rooms so there will still be toy cars and lego pieces pressed into the wall, so the cracks will likely disappear among the other marks :)
