What is most suitable to use for the subfloor material in the intermediate floor?
Can you use construction chipboard first and after the underfloor heating, lay floor chipboard?
Or is it 2x13mm floor gypsum board used for the final layer?

Viewed from the ceiling of level 1 - floor of level 2:

13 gypsum board
28 furring strip
170 (?) wood beam and UNI boards, as well as ventilation pipes
12 construction chipboard
Underfloor heating (does this space need to be reinforced?)
Floor chipboard (10, 16, or 22mm?)
Interior floor like parquet

hello !there are several alternatives to do this. One of the better ones is to lay 22 mm chipboard, the kind that can be jointed in the air. Glue and screw. Now you have a real working floor, easy to make walls. Lay 30 mm grooved styrofoam with plates, plastic foil + foam parquet. Previously, we spaced the surface with 22*95 cc150.

Hello!

Sorry to intrude, just about to do the same thing.

What type of styrofoam are you using?
I’ve only found really expensive boards and am considering using 22x95 instead!

Best regards,
Tobias.

Here's what I have:
Floor joists 45x220
Grid panel 22x120
Underfloor heating plates
20mm Underfloor heating pipe
22mm Flooring particle board
Click floor

That's exactly what we are going to do as well, made the decision yesterday.

Why do you put chipboard flooring on top of the lath panel? If you have to use chipboard flooring, put it UNDER the lath panel.

? But should you lay the click flooring directly on top of the water-borne underfloor heating and its water loops you mean, it might become a bit uneven...

I have followed the floor heating supplier's and wirsbo's recommendations. Have even and fine floor heating.

No, it's fine. For the thinnest floors, it might be good to have something between the floor and the sparse panel, but otherwise, it's not needed. And if I would spend time on something, I would rather lay a gypsum floorboard than 22 mm wood.

When I laid out my cables, they stood up here and there in the curves, how could a click floor remain in place if the floor is laid directly on floor heating plates and pipes??

If you have a problem with the pipe lifting somewhere, it works well to staple it down right there. It's also a temporary problem, the pipe will "settle" eventually.

nah no problems mine is ready d. :)

I'm considering laying Gles, plates, and underfloor heating pipes on top of the floor chipboard for the purpose of lowering the supply temperature! Also to achieve a quicker floor regulation-wise!

I hope and believe it will work, can we hear more references from others??? There must be more people who have it this way... I also know that some lay floor gypsum on top too! But that feels a bit overworked!?

Best regards,
Tobias.

I have no problems with the heat in my floors, they are warm and comfortable and have an even temperature. have gles under golvspån.

Hello! These are nice floors. 30mm uponor floorboard and sheets, laid on 22mm chipboard.

  • Floor installation with 30mm Uponor floorboards and metal plates over 22mm chipboard.
