Not just Jula that has crap, These have given up too.

Broken white cable clamps in a vent cabinet, with visible cracks, holding electrical cables against a wall.

The clips are in a fan cabinet, normally hidden behind a spice shelf and completely without load or stress. At least five of the six clips in the picture have cracked... It's clearly very difficult to make clips that hold. The place of purchase is unknown but the age is more than seven years.

And the cable is normally hidden so spare me the comments about loose EKK and improper clip spacing... ;):D

You have saved your clip receipts, haven't you?:)
I will start looking right away...

Sorry to hear about all your problems. However, I still wonder if it's so smart to rely on plastic clips over time. Very few plastics retain their properties over time. Nails work excellently but take a tad more time to put in place.

you hardly use nails over cable, at least not visibly, but the clips I've used from Jula have cracked after a year, nails and a piece of clip stay in place, this happens both indoors and outdoors. Jula's clips are smooth on the outside, while Biltema's have a groove on each side and they HOLD

No, it's probably not... Then again, one might think that if the VP pipes or the hose are likely to last a long time, it should be possible to make clamps in plastic that last just as long...

What I experienced with Jula's nail clamps was that the heads of the nails broke off when they were hammered, resulting in them looking good but the clamps being completely loose.

Nowadays, it's pretty much only Letti that matters. I ordered Letti for plaster and also for 16mm conduit today.

The staff in Jula stores has never messed up with returns (which are quite a few when shopping at Jula), but their customer service has not responded to a single one of my complaints so far.

The staff in the stores probably learn quickly that they have quite a bit of junk in their assortment.

So stride in with big steps into the store and throw up the remaining boxes, ask them to check receipts in their database as mentioned, and demand compensation!

I agree with that. I was more thinking about the case with the clamped VP-rör.

Now maybe that's not what you meant by "stride," but after having worked in retail for several years, I can give the following tips:
Don't go in "striding" and start yelling at the staff the first thing you do; if you encounter someone like me, you'll get exactly as little help as the law requires, and you'll have to fight hard for it.
However, if you come in with a pleasant attitude, there is reason to go the extra mile for that customer.
If you then don't get a response to your compensation requests, you can always try making a fuss, making a scene, and screaming for the manager; there are salespeople who yield to that too :)

I don't know what the law says about TS's case, but Jula should see the benefit of having a satisfied customer.
Previously, it was said that a satisfied customer generated 2 extra customers, while an unsatisfied one meant a loss of 7 customers.
This was before the time of Internet forums, so I assume every customer's opinion affects more now.

I thought I'd try a long shot myself with 2 packages of 3x1W LED lamps (also of the highly appreciated brand Anslut) where both transformers broke.
The lamps are already built into a piece of furniture I spent some time on, so replacing them is not an option.
I've already swapped transformers for another brand, but I thought I might see if I can get them paid for or something similar.
I can follow up if anyone is interested.

A lot of text, but I hope I've contributed something to someone!

Edit: no matter how it goes, Anslut has landed on my no-no-no list, and getting off it won't happen just like that.

I have also fallen for the Anslut wall socket, junk that I returned. Their dimmer works backwards, the intensity increases when you turn counterclockwise. We have a bunch of their cheapest spotlight fixtures, stylish, work, but I don't understand how they can be sold with their ridiculous terminal blocks and no space for regular light plugs.

Just bought these screw clamps last time and also noted that they had clamps from Schneider Electric which were a bit more expensive, but didn't think much of it. So now I have a bit more to do even though they haven't broken yet...

By the way, it now says that the product is being phased out on the website!

Clamps hold, just not Jula's kinaplastblandning Connect. This applies to everything they manufacture.

I bought a connected double wall socket, grounded and recessed, just to try. It was cheap.

Exactly, - cheap - , not worth the price at all.

Difficult to install, not quick-connect, and the screw connection had a really flimsy construction, just like the entire socket. And then I have to keep a hammer next to the socket forever, because it's needed to tap in the plugs. ;)

No, warning for them.

Otherwise, I quite like Jula, I shop a lot from there, everything from work clothes, screws, and certain tools. But not everything is good on their shelves, unfortunately. The Anslut sockets belong to that category.

As for cable clips, I bought mine from elbutik.se. They have nice thorsmans, but also a cheaper series. This should be avoided, as even these cracked for me.

Right, exactly... It's a pure coincidence that it's now disappearing.

Well, they're doing something right by removing it.

60 or 75mm nails, preferably from byggmax as they are already soft from the start. A mini plier, like from knipex, gives an initial upsetting of the nail which is then improved with the hammer. It doesn't take many seconds per nail.

I bought a bag of 18-22mm Anslut clamps. They work well, screwed a few springy VP pipes, the clamp flexes freely, without cracks, we'll see what happens in a few weeks.
