How to fix a basement floor with moisture problems?
I would first like to try sealing, levelling with self-leveling compound, and painting with epoxy-type paint.

Has anyone had the same challenge? How did you do it? And what was the result? And what materials are recommended?
Damp basement floor with visible moisture issues, adjacent to a white stained wall, and a wooden box of firewood in the corner.

Never seals from the inside.
If it needs to be leveled, special compound that can withstand moisture is required. I think Ardex has a variant (super expensive).

If you are going to paint the floor, it must be a color that is not diffusion-tight. Otherwise, the moisture will go up into the walls instead.
